My name is Jamal Keeylen I’m 38 years old I’ve been on dialysis since I was 26 I have stage 5 kidney failure and I need a kidney transplant, life has been really rough I gave 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls ages 17 to 2 they are my life but my health is just not what it was I’ve been on dialysis so long my body is starting to just shut down. Ive been down for awhile and have just fell behind on everything and now my mother has had 2 strokes and can’t walk and I have to take care of her too 😔 just hoping for a little help..
