Help Robert Splawn Recover & Rebuild

My son, Robert Splawn, recently lost his leg. He is in brave spirits, but our family’s needs are immediate and practical. I’m creating this fundraiser so Robert has what he needs to heal and adapt—because as strong as he is, this journey requires equipment and care we cannot afford alone.

Your help will fund medical supplies (dressings, stump care, pain and infection control), mobility and access (wheelchair, temporary ramps, handrails, and basic home modifications), and transportation to rehab/therapy and follow-up appointments. If we are blessed to raise more, additional support will go toward outpatient physical and occupational therapy, adaptive equipment (like a shower chair or walker), and any co-pays insurance does not cover.

I have spent years helping in our community—watching kids, feeding kids, taking them trick-or-treating, and showing up in hard moments. Today, I’m humbly asking our community to help my boy. Every dollar goes to Robert; I will post updates and retain receipts so you can see exactly how your gift turns into access, care, and progress.

Thank you for anything you can give—or for sharing this page with a kind word. Your support helps Robert move from hospital halls to home, and from pain to possibility.
