My name is Jayvion Cull. I was born with Dewayne Syndrome. I was born without thumbs, shorter arms that don't bend and one kidney. I was told I wouldn't be able to do a number of things and I have overcame a lot except driving. I have my own place and pay all of my bills so it took me some time to save up and get me a scooter. I was stop by the police and taken straight to jail not aware that I was supposed to have a tag or license to drive it. I have never I'm my life felt less of a person because how I was treated. I want to purchase an electric bike to get around and go fishing, to visit my friends, and to the store. It is so depressing sitting at home all the time with nothing to do but I'd rather do that than getting into trouble. I also want to look for a job and this would help get me back and fourth. My mom is very helpful and helps out a lot and I don't want her to stress she is the one who helped me purchase the scooter for me and the cops had it towed but we could not get it back since it was purchased off of market place as is. I'm trying to be more independent and this would help me alot. Thank you in advance.
