2021 diagnosis with stage 3 breat cancer. Had a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction. Went home and with home care nurse twice a day. For wound dressing of thighs where the reconstruction was taken from. Got infection 3 time in breast. All tissue had to be removed. Somehow i had a stroke, that cause me to loose me sight in left eye. After 8 months bed rest. Continue care, 7 months of radiation and chemo meds. Tried one more surgery for implants failed the implants would not stay in breast. Four years later made decisions to use prothesis the bra insertion. Applied to for disability which took 3 years to get approved. It's been a real journey mentally, physically, rehab figure how to get my life back close to normal as possible. Can't drive afraid of other drivers.
