Hello,

My name is Mildred and I’m here today with a broken and heavy heart raising money for my dad’s funeral. It was unfortunate and unexpected. Many of the people that knew my dad know that he was a hard worker, a good friend, and the life of the party. Wherever my dad went he lent a hand to those in need and supported as many as he could. I know he touched many lives throughout his life and it’s irreplaceable and will be remembered by all.

He was the sole provider for my mom and youngest sister so we appreciate the support from his friends and loved ones as we navigate through this loss. My siblings and I will be offering a memorial service here in the US, so his friends, family and anyone who knew him can say their goodbyes, before taking his body to rest in Mexico with his parents and siblings.

My dad did not like talking about his death but that was one thing he did request continuously. He spent over 33 years here and built his legacy in his home, family and his children. We want to honor his last request. Thank you for your support.

Mi nombre es Mildred y hoy estoy aquí con el corazón roto y lleno de dolor, recaudando fondos para el funeral de mi papá. Su fallecimiento fue algo muy triste e inesperado.

Muchas de las personas que conocieron a mi papá saben que fue un hombre trabajador, un buen amigo y el alma de la fiesta. Dondequiera que él iba, siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a quien lo necesitara y a apoyar a todos los que podía. Sé que tocó la vida de muchas personas a lo largo de su vida, y ese impacto es irremplazable y será recordado por todos.

Él era el único proveedor para mi mamá y mi hermana menor, por lo que agradecemos profundamente el apoyo de sus amigos y seres queridos mientras atravesamos esta pérdida. Mis hermanos y yo estaremos ofreciendo un servicio memorial aquí en Estados Unidos para que todos sus amigos y familiares puedan despedirse, antes de llevar su cuerpo a descansar en México junto a sus padres y hermanos.

A mi papá no le gustaba hablar sobre su muerte, pero eso era algo que sí pedía constantemente. Pasó más de 33 años aquí y construyó su legado en su hogar, su familia y sus hijos. Queremos honrar su último deseo.
